Frank A. Stagno, Managing Partner of Broussard, Poché, Lewis & Breaux, LLP, is experienced in the intricacies of partnership taxation issues, corporate taxation, deferred compensation arrangements, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions and healthcare issues.
He is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a B.S. in Business Administration and a major in Accounting. He joined the firm in 1970 and was made a partner in 1976.
Frank has been active in the community and currently serves on the board of directors of Our Lady of Lourdes Foundation. He serves as a trustee and is on the finance committee of Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist and he also serves on the board of the Miles Perret Center.
